Terms of Service (ToS)
Before purchasing 77Speed services or products, users must carefully read and agree to these Terms of Service.
These terms were last updated on January 1, 2021, and apply to all users.
1. User Accounts
Before purchasing 77Speed products and services, users must create an account. By registering, you agree to and guarantee the following:
1. All registration information must be complete, accurate, and valid. 77Speed reserves the right to refuse service to users who register with false information.
2. Users are fully responsible for their accounts. Data loss or password leaks caused by user error are the user's own responsibility.
2. Acceptable Use
1. 77Speed services and products must not be used for illegal purposes. Distributing, hosting, or linking to any content prohibited by law or regulation is forbidden.
2. Strictly prohibited conduct: If a user engages in any of the following, related services or products may be suspended or terminated immediately:
- Violating the laws of the country where the server is located;
- Any form of resale;
- Any form of abuse;
- Excessive consumption of server network resources;
3. Refund Guarantee and Chargeback Disputes
Unless otherwise stated, all users are eligible for a refund within 3 days from the date the product is approved, except in the following cases:
1. The user has violated the Terms of Service;
2. No refund request is made within 3 days;
3. Services or products outside the refund scope, such as temporary accounts;
4. Repeatedly purchasing products and requesting refunds;
Note: Each user is entitled to only one refund to the original payment method. Subsequent refunds will be credited to the account balance only.
4. Service Period
1. The system will remind users 7 days before a service or product expires. Users may log in to the client area to pay.
2. If a service or product remains unpaid on the expiry date, it will be cancelled.
3. One day after expiry, the related service or product may be deleted (data cleared).
5. Disclaimer
77Speed is not liable in the following cases:
1. Inability to access (use) the service or data loss due to non-payment, failure to renew, or forgetting to renew;
2. Inability to access (use) the service or data loss due to improper user operations or related actions;
3. Inability to access or data loss due to use that violates the Terms of Service;
6. Reserved Rights
1. 77Speed reserves the final right of interpretation of these terms.
2. 77Speed reserves the right to modify these terms without prior notice.
